Transchemical Group Limited is a privately held and independent company founded in 2008 in Nicosia, Republic of Cyprus. The company conducts its activities in the field of logistics planning, chartering and organization of cargo transportation by water transport and financing of shipping operations.
Transchemical Group Limited provides services for the transportation of goods by water transport.
The main cargo transported by the Group is oil and oil products, petrochemicals, vegetable oils, mineral construction and other dry cargos.
Today the geography of the fleet operations includes sea and river ports of Europe, Africa, the Red Sea, the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea.
Transchemical Group Limited maintains the development of long-term partnerships with its key commercial partners and views the further development of these relationships as critical to its success.

Richard Arnim Reinert, Director
Has a long experience in risk management and corporate governance. In 1999, he formed the investment company Citation Capital Management Ltd (UK) and is currently it’s Managing Partner. Citation Capital Management Ltd. is a UK FCA authorized company and specialises in sourcing investment capital for private equity opportunities in the natural resource sector. Richard was appointed a Director of Transchemical Group Limited in 2013.
From 1989 to 1999, he held positions as CEO of Refco Overseas Ltd. (UK), Chairman of the International Petroleum Exchange and Futures Industry Association, member of the Board of Directors of London Metal Exchange Ltd. and London Commodity Exchange. From 2002 to 2007, he was a member of the board of the OTEKO group of companies (Russia), at that time one of the largest private owners of rolling stock for the transportation of oil cargoes in Russia and the FSU.
Tatiana Vakhromova, Director
Has more than 20 years of experience in the administration of foreign companies, compliance risk management. In May 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of Transchemical Group Limited.
In 2000-2010 she worked as a Director of Oil Technology Overseas Production Ltd (Cyprus). From 2011 to 2014 – Administrator at Cyproman Services Limited (Cyprus), one of the largest companies providing consulting and corporate services in Cyprus. From 2015 to 2018, she headed the corporate department and compliance risk at Interstatus Business Services Ltd (Cyprus).
Tatiana graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute (Yekaterinburg, Russia) with a degree in software engineer, and also from the Tyumen Oil and Gas Institute (Tyumen, Russia) with a degree in foreign economic activity manager. Studied psychology at the University of Nicosia (Cyprus).
